Claire Jeon, Attorney at Law, has extensive experience in corporate advisory and litigation for both domestic and international clients. She currently serves as a Director of the Korea-China Law Society and has been actively involved in various professional committees, including the Planning Committee of the Seoul Bar Association and the Human Rights Management Committee of the Seoul Facilities Corporation.

She previously worked as in-house counsel at Sillajen Co., Ltd., where she developed strong expertise in corporate legal advisory. She also gained international experience through training at DeHeng Law Offices in Beijing.

Fluent in Korean, English, and Chinese, Ms. Jeon has advised on cross-border matters, including the establishment of joint ventures and foreign-invested companies in China, Vietnam, and Taiwan. She is currently an attorney at Siwoo Law Firm, where her practice focuses on cross-border M&A, shareholder disputes, corporate governance, as well as civil and criminal litigation.
