Attorney Jiwon Lee is a specialist in criminal law and civil damages. Attorney Lee has successfully handled major criminal cases for listed companies and their executives, resulting in numerous non-indictment decisions and acquittals. Additionally, Attorney Lee regularly advises on corporate establishment, M&A, and the Capital Markets Act, and has secured numerous favorable verdicts in civil damages and school violence-related cases.
