Our Professionals

Irene Sung, Attorney at Law, is admitted to the Taiwan Bar and provides comprehensive legal services in cross-border matters between Korea and Taiwan.

Her practice includes investment advisory for Taiwanese companies entering the Korean market, as well as Korean companies expanding into Taiwan. She also advises on financial regulation, fintech and electronic financial services, e-business, artificial intelligence, IT and virtual assets, regulatory sandbox matters, foreign exchange transactions, anti-money laundering (AML), and privacy and data protection.

In addition, she provides corporate legal advisory and compliance services, including contract drafting and review, and labor and employment advisory. Her experience also extends to litigation in Korea involving Taiwanese companies and international divorce proceedings.
