Jung-Won Song, Attorney at Law, practiced at Inhwa International Law Firm from 2020 to 2023, where he handled a wide range of litigation matters, including real estate, construction, family, inheritance, and tax disputes.

He has also developed substantial experience in corporate legal advisory, including matters related to capital increases for foreign-invested companies, foreign exchange transaction reporting, changes in foreign investors, and corporate registrations.

He is currently a partner at Siwoo Law Firm and serves as an advisory member to the Financial Planning Center of Kyobo Life Insurance. His practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation as well as corporate advisory services.
