Soo-Jin Kim, Attorney at Law, has extensive experience in financial law and dispute resolution through her work at a major commercial bank, the legal department of a large securities company affiliated with a conglomerate, and private practice at law firms. She has represented clients in matters involving regulatory authorities such as the Financial Supervisory Service, the Financial Services Commission, the Prosecutors’ Office, and the Fair Trade Commission, consistently achieving favorable outcomes. Drawing on her experience in both the legal and front-office functions of a securities company, she has particular strengths in advising on corporate financing, project finance (PF), financial product investments, and offshore financing.

In addition, she has successfully handled a wide range of civil and family litigation matters, as well as criminal cases, including obtaining dismissals of detention warrants at pretrial detention hearings and non-indictment decisions at the investigation stage.
