Our Professionals

Hee-Yon Kim, Attorney at Law, has extensive experience handling a broad range of matters, including civil litigation, fair trade disputes, criminal defense, regulatory and investigative responses, corporate advisory, and labor and employment issues during her tenure at DaeRyuk & Aju LLC. Through her practice, she has developed strong capabilities in resolving complex disputes and providing strategic legal counsel.

She subsequently served at Coupang Corp., where she oversaw comprehensive legal matters across the e-commerce industry, including business advisory, various litigation matters, responses to regulatory and investigative authorities, and media-related issues. In this role, she gained hands-on expertise in navigating rapidly evolving regulatory environments and managing risks within large-scale organizations.

She is currently a partner at Siwoo Law Firm, where her practice focuses on civil and criminal litigation, regulatory and investigative defense, and corporate advisory. She has particular expertise in labor and employment matters as well as criminal cases involving sexual offenses, with a strong track record of successful outcomes.
